Popkov Yuri Nikolayevich Born in 1954 in Mytischi Moscow Region.

He studied at the VE Popkov, PF Nikonov, IP Obrosova.
He graduated from the Moscow Art School "Memory 1905" in 1979.
He studied at M.M. Bulgakov, O.A. Avsiyana, A.M. Dubinchika, Y.M. Karpushin.
Member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1983
Winner of the "Prize of Victor Popkov (1 prize and gold medal)
Silver medal winner of the Creative Union of Artists.
He was awarded diplomas: the Museum of Russian Art "Sunny Island" (Harbin, China) International Fund "Patrons of the Century", Academy of Arts of Russia, Moscow State University.
In 2007, the Moscow Union of Artists nominated for the title of "Honored Artist of Russia".
Member of the Moscow Union of Artists, Member of International Arts Fund, Member of the Creative Union of Artists.
Participates in exhibitions since 1978.
